Store Return/Refund Policy

No refunds on custom orders.  I will work with anyone if adjustments are needed to any custom piece.

Returns/ Exchanges will only be accepted on a case by case basis.

Products ordered from the website generally have production time of between 3-7 weeks, inquire directly for more specific information about current production timing.  

​

Remember each piece is made by hand by one person. If your piece requires fabrication, things may come up in production that require extra time for ordering supplies or crafting the piece. 

 

Please, keep contacts to a minimum to allow for more time to work on the projects.  Time away from the shop answering emails or phone calls takes alot of time away from my work.  Thank you for the consideration on this aspect.
